Model-A mini PC will be powered by Rockchip RK3566 SoC and comes with a quad-core Arm Cortex A55 CPU with up to 1.8GHz and GPU used here is Mali-G52 which runs at 800 MHz and will support Vulkan 1.0 and 1.1. The Quartz64 is capable to support up to 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM, but the starting variant models will feature only 2GB of RAM.

The board size of Model A measured 5.2 x 3.1 x 0.7 inches (133 x 80 x 19mm) which is quite larger than the previously launched Raspberry Pi 4. The ports used here are two USB 3.0 and two 2.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, Micro SD, and a full-size HDMI port capable of 4k60 video output. The wireless connectivity isn’t yet available in Model-A but users can demand expansion of Wi-fi and Bluetooth wireless connectivity if they want. Moreover, the resources suggested that the Model-B of Pine64 Quartz64 will feature this wireless connectivity by default. You can provide power to your model-A through a DC barrel jack which will require only a 5V 3A power supply for power.

Now, let’s discuss what we’re gonna see inside the Mini-PC, There will be only a single 6.0 SATA port available to use for mass storage and as a boot device. There’s also a vacant eMMC slot available which offers users to purchase an optional eMMC module between 16B and 128GB.

The extra new feature company provides in the new Quartz64 Model-A is the e-ink port, which is said to be compatible with a 10-inch e-ink panel, which is going to be released on the same day along Quartz64 by the company. As said earlier in the update company claimed that the e-ink display will support a capacitive pen.
