ASUS has recently confirmed the launch of two upcoming 30 series graphics card by GeForce one is GeForce RTX 3080Ti 20 GB variant and the other is GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB variant both the cards are scheduled to launch earlier next year in 2021 but ASUS has already listed them under their supports and services page and confirmed their launch.

GeForce RTX 3080Ti

Several reports from various sources describe some of the specifications of the new GeForce RTX 3080Ti: The graphics card will feature the PG133-SKU15 PCB design and the GA102-250-KD-A1 graphics core. The GA102-250 GPU has changed from the last we have seen but now it is exactly the same as the GeForce RTX 3090 at 10496 FP32 CUDA cores.

In terms of the memory of the new graphic card RTX 3080Ti we can note that the GPU will feature a memory of 20 GB of GDDR6X. In terms of speed it can’t able to beat the fastest GPU RTX 3090 with a memory speed of 19.5 Gbps but the RTX 3080Ti will feature with same memory speed as RTX 3080 with a 19 Gbps speed. As the new RTX 3080Ti is using a 20 GB bus interface so NVIDIA here is using a 320-bit bus interface which equals a total bandwidth of 760 GB/s.

The TGP for the new GPU is the same as we have seen in RTX 3080 that is 320 watts, That’s definitely needed to feed the extra cores so NVIDIA might have to optimize the clocks a bit here.

The direct competitor of the new GeForce RTX 3080Ti is AMD’s Radeon RX 6900 XT which costs $999. But we have to wait for some time to see the difference in the 3080Ti version as now for us it is difficult to differentiate all features of RTX 3080Ti from GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3090. According to some reports, we can say that the 3080Ti is a more high-end faster GPU than RTX 3090 with its higher clock speeds but on the other hand, RTX 3090 will still be at top of the GPU’s lineup from 30 series with its higher VRAM buffer.

GeForce RTX 3060

From Reports we get to know about several features of the new GeForce RTX 3060 also these are: The GPU is said to be a feature with GA106-400 GPU which is expected to feature 3840 FP32 cores in a total of 30 SM units. The following GPU is both GA104 and GA106 pin-compatible and use making the board partner PG190 SKU. The graphic card is said to be available in several ranges of memory starting from 6 GB (14 Gbps) and now listed at 12 GB (16 Gbps).

It is also rumored that the card will available with a massive 12 GB of memory which is truly greater or larger than the previous card like RTX 3060 Ti, RTX 3070, and even RTX 3080 doesn’t have a larger memory buffer like the new RTX 3060. But it is not confirmed yet for now it is only a rumor so we have to wait for official confirmation by the company

The following graphics card will feature a 192-bit bus interface and at 16 Gbps, delivering bandwidth of up to 384 GB/s. It is also said that the following graphic card will cost $299 in the US to users which makes it a formidable GPU.
