Sony Electronics recently announced Sony Alpha 7C Full Frame and Ultra-Compact camera. This camera is one of the smallest cameras in the Sony Alpha series with a mirror-less camera.
Sony made a new lens kit for this Alpha 7C camera when you use it together with both things the company describes the combination as “World’s lightest and smallest full-frame Mirror-less Camera”. It’s a 28-60mm f4-5.6 zoom that’s just 45mm long when retracted.
The Deputy President of Imaging Products and Solutions Americas, Sony Electronics Neal Manowitz said that “We are committed to creating the best tools possible, based on the needs of our customers”. This camera has the most advanced imaging technologies with a brand new design with the smallest and full-frame camera.
This camera Measuring only 4.9 inches x 2.8 inches x 2.2 inches (124.0mm x 71.1mm x 59.7mm) and weight is (509g) this camera has only one percent more weight than Alpha 6600 and also its design and weight is similar to the APS-C camera.
Sony claimed that Alpha 7C is the world’s smallest and lightest compact body camera. This camera has a 24 MP full-frame sensor with image stabilization. This camera is capable to shoot videos in 4K with 30 fps it can also shoot up to 10 fps or 1080p/120fps video, both up to 100 Mbps. The camera has a 3-inch LCD, Wi-Fi, and USB-C port.
Now, let’s talk about the price of the Sony Alpha 7C it will go to sale next month and cost $1,799 or $2,099 with a zoom lens kit also.
There is a huge camera competition between the cameras of the same range present in the market. Sony A7C directly giving competition to Panasonic’s Lumix S5 which you will get in $1,999. you will see more 24-MP full-frame cameras in the market with a lower prices some of them are Nikon’s Z5 comes with a zoom lens kit and its price is around $1,399.95 and $1,699.95 with included Lens kit and the second one is Canon’s EOS RP which is even less expensive than all.
