Will Young and Hungry Return with Season 6?
After watching the last season of the series i.e. Young and Hungry season 5 the question asked by almost every fan is the same. Will Young and Hungry Renew or Not? Well, this is one of the main questions that we will be going to discuss in this article.
Season 5 of the series has divided into two parts and both parts consist of 10 episodes each. The first part of season 5 i.e. 5A was aired on March 13th, 2017, and ended on March 22nd, 2017. As for the second part of season 5 i.e. 5B it was aired on June 20, 2018, and ended up on July 25, 2018.
And after the release of season 5, the studio Sitcom has announced that there will be no Young and Hungry Season 6. Instead of the makers decided to release a movie to conclude the story of the series.
The basic motive behind the release of the movie is to satisfy the audience who are waiting for the next season. By releasing the movie the makers have concluded the story and now there is very less chance of the release of next season.
David Holden, the makers of the show, said, “We truly needed to do another season, and we didn’t get to. Yet, hello, that is the way TV works. Hopefully, we will tie everything up in an ideal little bow. That is not how the business works.”
“The thought with the film is that we tie things up somewhat more. The season most certainly leads to a cliffhanger. It would be great if a film would satisfy our fans as a whole. We’ve as of now composed a draft of the script for them. I figure it will be on Freeform. I believe it’s an issue of sorting out if and when it will occur. It’s out of my hands. If they don’t get the film, I feel like we should put it on the web and see that it does occur.”, he added.
Young and Hungry Season 6 Release date?
After season 5 of Young and Hungry maybe many of you are waiting for the next season of the series and the wait is to see Will Gabi and Josh be together, like ”EVER”!!
But as we have already discussed above that there is very little chance of the renewal of the series. So according to us, we recommend you to just give up on season 6 of Young and Hungry.
As the makers of the series have already concluded the story by making the last movie and they don’t have any motive to make and release the Young and Hungry season 6. So we’re sorry to tell you that you will not able to watch the series anytime soon.
