Arm-Based MacBook Pro with M1 Chipset Launched by Apple

November 10 on Tuesday historic day for Apple and their lovers as on the day new era of Arm-Based macs with Apple own M1 processors had been started. Arm-Based MacBook pro is one of them 13-inches MacBook pro is upgraded with new M1 CPU’s and launched in Apple Mac event “One More Thing” held on November 10.

The new MacBook Pro comes with a 13-inch display size and costs around $1,299. New MacBook Pro will be featured with Apple-owned new M1 processor claimed as fastest CPU in the world, Fastest integrated graphics, and more powerful as compared to Intel’s processor used earlier said by Apple. This new Mac will also launch along with macOS Big Sur, which Apple says is designed specifically to take advantage of the new hardware.

The company has developing its own processors for a decade, going back to its A4 chipset from the original iPad and the iPhone 4. And while Apple’s A-series chips have only grown more powerful over time. Apple has used its own chips inside recent Macs, like the T2 security chip or the repurposed Apple Watch processor that powers the MacBook Pro’s touch bar.

Arm Based MacBook Pro

The company said about the performance of the new Arm Based MacBook Pro, they said that it performs 2.8 times faster than an earlier generation and with graphics 5 times faster than earlier. It is going to still features an Active cooling fan system. There’s still a Touch Bar, along with two Thunderbolt 4 ports (located on the left side of the laptop).

If we talk about the Battery life of the new MacBook Pro then it is 17 hours for web browsing while 20 hours for video playback according to Apple which is up to 10 hours longer than before. There are some configuration options also available i.e. 8 GB or 16 GB Ram along with 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB SSD options.

No Arm Based laptops in the market including Samsung Galaxy Book S, Microsoft Surface Pro X, etc. offers performance that Apple promises to be performed by their new Arm based MacBook Pro.

The release of the new Mac processor M1 by Apple marks a special date in history and makes it proper different from the release of old iPhones and iPads chips. The company is pretty sure about the performance of their new M1 CPU’s as they also claimed them as the fastest and powerful CPU in the world.

The MacBook Pro isn’t the only Mac running on Apple Silicon MacBook Air and MacBook Mini is also in the category of Macs running on the M1 processor CPU.

New Arm based MacBook Pro costs $1,299 with preorder starting from November 10 till launch date i.e. November 17.
